3. DMCA Counter-Notice Procedure

If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward it to
the party who submitted the original Takedown Notice. If that party does not
notify us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed an action seeking
a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity, we may
restore the removed content.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Gaviki
has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our
sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
Gaviki may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the Site and/or
terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property
rights of others, regardless of whether there is any repeat infringement.
