Nursing Implications ✔✔Assess BP, RR, and HR (hold if RR < 10 breath/min or if bradycardia occurs) Teach pt to avoid alcohol or other CNS depressants.

Ondansetron(Zofran):

Indications ✔✔Prevents nausea and vomiting.Used for Post-Op or Chemotherapy & sometimes pregnancy

Adverse Effects ✔✔Headache, dizziness, constipation, diarrhea.
